We had a good discussion this past event. Discussions around scaling scrum, servant leadership, tools, and problematic Product Owners to just name a few. Then we get a nice photo where I'm caught eating!
It's St Patrick's day and so there was only a few of us. I'll always be there even if I'm the only one going!
Our first Lean Beer was a success. We had a big turn out and good time with some meaningful discussions around distributed teams, testing on an agile team, automated testing, hiring processes and many more.
